1 - ORDER PROCEDURE
All orders must be written. 3 different ways to proceed:
- Register to our member area ( top left menu of this page ) and use our shopping cart.
OR
- Send us your inquiry by email (with code items, description
size color, quantities), then we will send you back our approval
and ask you to proceed to the first deposit payment (check our
'payment method' part).
OR
- Download, complete and send us back our order form,
then we will send you back our approval and ask you to proceed
to the first deposit payment (check our 'payment method' part).

2 - PAYMENT METHOD
Order from USD 500 to USD 1,000 we advice our customers to pay by credit card. The credit card process is only 5% of the total invoice.
Up to USD 1,000 it is more interesting to pay by credit card instead of paying by bank transfer. Within an hour, we will be abble to launch the production of your order. Fast and secure.
Order more than USD 1,000
We accept payment by TT (Telegraphic Transfer) to our Bank.
We request an advance payment of 80 % of the total amount of the
invoice prior to beginning production of the order, with the balance
being transferred at the time goods are ready to ship plus the shipping
costs.

3 - MINIMUM ORDER
For the beads and shells products : 10 pcs per design (mixed colours
possible).
For the silver & shells products : 5 pcs per design.
For the beachwear products (sarongs, clothes, sandals, handbags)
: 12 pieces per design per colour.
For the handicraft products: 10 pieces per design.
For the furniture: No minimum.
Orders which not respect these minimum quantities will not be taken
in consideration (just few exception), or will be considerate as sample order.
The total amount of the order must be at least USD 500.
4 - DISCOUNTS
Frombali.com offers special discounts:
- For more than USD 5,000 order : 5% reduction.
- For more than USD 10,000 USD order : 10% reduction.
5 - QUALITY CONTROL & PACKAGING
We are European expats living in Bali, Indonesia since quite ŕ long
time and we are perfectly aware of habits and customs practised
in this part of the world.
We can therefore impose selective criterias and expect from our
very qualified craftsmen excellent work.
Our range of products , corresponding to american/european standard.
It is on our best interest to have repeat customers, so you can
be sure that we will control all your products pieces per pieces,
details per details…
6 - SAMPLE ORDERS
We allow sample orders. Due to the high samples demand, we will
charge every sample package USD 100 shipping cost include. The maximum
quantity sample you can order is 10 pieces (depending on your choice).
7 - SHIPPING
Shipment could be arranged through air and sea freight CARGO, even
DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT as requested.
SEA CARGO :
Two alternatives are possible :
FCL (Full Container Load) :
That means that buyers will pay for a fix price for a 20 or 40 foot
container, whatever he will put inside.
He can ship the goods whenever he wants, and like that synchronise
with he production schedule.
LCL (Less than Container Load)
Thant means that the buyer cannot fill a full contanier, in this
case, the shipping company charge per cubic meter.
The container will only be ship, when the container will be full,
with other cargo's customers.
AIR CARGO :
Cargo Shipment
If the products has a high value, light weight and small size, and
if you has to be fast, AIR CARGO is a good solution .
The buyer pay per kgs or per volumetric kgs. (depends wich one is
the heaviest). Minimum 45 kilos.
Fast Shipment :
If your shipment is very urgent, you can use some express courier
services like FedEX, DHL or UPS. This is the fastest way to ship
goods, door-to-door, but is quiet expensive. It's also the solution
we generally use for jewelry order.
8 - TIME PRODUCTION
Normally our standard production time per container is one month.
For order less than containers, the standard production time is
one 3 weeks maximum.
This depends on the items ordered, the quantity ordered, the date,
…
9 - TAXES
Every country imposes its own taxes, duties and other administrative
fees.
Customers are encouraged to contact their local postal service or
customs bureau to inquire about possible import taxes.
Frombali.com is not responsible for duties or taxes charged by the
local government.
10 - CANCEL AN ORDER AND REFUND
When the first deposit is made, no cancellation is possible.
After packaging, we will send you by email the balance and shipping
cost to pay. Starting from the day we will request the second and
final payment, all orders not paid within 3 weeks will be automaticly
cancelled without any refounds possible.
11 - CUSTOM ORDERS
Everything is possible!
